Plugs and voltage

You need a travel adapter: Tonga uses plug types I, the Philippines uses A, B, C. Mains voltage differs (Tonga: 240 V; the Philippines: 220 V): most phone and laptop chargers accept 100–240 V, but single-voltage devices such as some hair dryers need a converter.
